Overview

WIMfile provides information to cover all aspects of a product concept. Using WIMfile, and its three main Sections;  Formula, Blueprint, and Lists as a guide, you can move a product concept from Mind to Market within seven days.

Formula will provide the abstract viewpoint, Blueprint brings the concrete product storytelling, and the Lists state the actions, items, and values, critical to your recipe. Each tab is separated into Chapters, and each chapter contains three sub-categories further refining the product concept specification enabling you to go full circle from Mind to Market.

Formula; Abstract qualities

The formula provides the abstract perspective, outlining the customer journey, and emotional triggers, inspiring consumers to take action. This is where your product concept comes to life, and your lovebrand is created.

Three separate sections; Attraction, Conversion, and Expansion aligns with separate phases of user interaction. Each is divided into three sub-categories; Mind, Body, and Aura.

Blueprint; Concrete features

The Blueprint is the opposite of the Formula, providing a concrete viewpoint into the product specification.

16 sections cover the full spectrum from Brand manifesto, to user value to distribution landscape. Each section is divided into three sub-categories;  Signal, Modulation, and Filter

Lists: Worksheet

Lists are hands-on; a no-nonsense recipe, guiding you through execution. We are building our product concept step by step, brick by brick, value by value.

The Lists are the Concrete element of the WIMfile, outlining detailed specifics for the three key elements of the final output; Design, Engineering, and Process.

abstract  [the formula]

Formula: Securing there is emotional value to be triggered by the concept.

Formula is abstract, it tells you; What is the emotional value of your product concept? Why will the consumer care, and fall in love with your product offer?

The leafblower is a simple example: it is a priority tool for a specific target group with a Demand; Outside-To-In, it is a Relief when the autumn leaves start falling, and all we need to do is Suggest its effect to the right targets.

The Formula is the abstract definition of our product concept. It defines, and caters to emotional triggers within our target groups –triggers that invokes satisfaction among consumers.

Formula is based on a similar model across three segments of the customer conversion funnel: Attraction, Converson & Expansion. Our concept specification must define the exact characteristics of our product that will engage, and convert consumers at all three segments.

We envision our formula based on tree dedicated layers: The Mind, The Body, and The Soul.

The Mind: answers two questions; is our concept Outside-To-In; a reaction to consumer demand. Or is it a maufactured proposal to engage target groups: Inside--To-Out?

The Body: partly similar to the WHAT, answers three questions; is our concept a FIX; the answer to a crave, or a VESSEL; a ticket to evolution, and a venture, or is it a RELIEF; the solution to a problem?

The Aura: somewaht similar to the HOW, answers three questions; does the concept CONVINCE our targets, EDUCATE our targets or is it SUGGESTIVE –planting a suggestion in the mind of the consumer to slowly grow into a decision from within?

current  [the narrative]

Blueprint: concrete outline

Blueprint is concrete: it defines the product concept in a clear hands-on approach –similar to the how, what, and why model.

The leafblower is a simple example; how does it work, what does it do, and why do we use it? It propels a jetstream, to displace leaves, to clear your garden lawn.

The Blueprint is the full story unfolding across 16 distinct characteristics, shaping the concept into a cohesive, specification, –the Piffany, designed as a sunflower.

The 16 characteristics -or Sprouts, protrude from the central core. The core communicates the fundamental formula based on Internal Capacity, Target group preferences, successful brands, and Market opportunity.

The core is dynamic –expands, contracts, and shapes the Sprouts by forcing the Piffany to strive for a specific universal heading; either You, Them, Challenge, or Solution.

Each Sprout holds a threefold Signal Path; Signal, Modulation, and Filter. These sub-sections will add qualities and detail to each Sprout, producing a highly detailed final specification.

We call our abstract output, and ultimate goal The WIM.
Example: The WIM will materialize as a garden tool; a leaf blower.

First we apply a Signal: HOW: what is the MO of the WIM?
Example: A Jetstream

We add Modulation: WHAT: what is the consequence of utilizing the WIM?
Example: Displacing leaves.

We introduce a Filter: WHY: what is the purpose of the WIM?
Example: To clear an area of debries

execution  [the blueprint]

Lists: do this, use this, to produce this effect

Lists are hands-on; a no-nonsense recipe, guiding you through execution. We are building our product concept step by step, brick by brick, value by value.

The leafblower is a simple example; We need robust actions to develop it, concrete Items to build it, and clear value to motivate us.

The Action List is exported to design and customer-facing departments within the larger organization, the Item List is exported to engineering, and distribution platforms, and the Value List is exported to decision boards, and marketing units.

The Lists are the Concrete element of the WIMfile, outlining detailed specifics for the three key elements of the final output; Design, Engineering, and Process.

Each element will have three actionable Lists, outlining all aspects of the concept; Action List, Item List, and Value List.

Action List will specify all actions neccessary to execute the product concept, and put it on the market.

Item List is the BOM; the Bill of Material, outlining all items, and components required to put together the complete concept.

Value List will lay out the value, and all benefits created for all parts involved; the customer, the planet, and you.

Lists may be exported to a variety of presentation, and analytics formats, and integrated into existing execution pipelines via API.

CAKE brings new thinking to the world of coffee shops, and popup platforms.  Its basic formula merges three original product characteristics to generate a unique mix of user value. Its design principle reduces space requirements, its business model increases footfall, and its engineering model breaks new ground for automation.

Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Suspendisse varius enim in eros elementum tristique. Duis cursus, mi quis viverra ornare, eros dolor interdum nulla, ut commodo diam libero

  • CAKE merges a clamshell design with unfolding mechanisms inspired by the launch procedure of space satellites.
  • The business model used switches the initiative fromthe provide to the user side. Consumers may themselves easily, andintuitively erect, and expand additional seating.
  • The provider, or business owner may themselves expand at the macro level, offering opportunity to double or quadrouple capacity on demand, on the fly.
  • CAKE:s unique mix of flexibility, and seamlessness lends itself to a wide range of sectors, including conference platforms, popup stores, educational environments, and disaster relief initiatives.

INFLATO brings multiple untapped variables to the world of home interior design. Time-, and form-factor-based dynamics melt together with sophisticated scheduling, and automated actions.

INFLATO creates a completely dynamic environment for the living space by the inflation, and deflation of air pockets, the folding, and unfolding of hinges, and the expansion, and contraction of micro actuators, and levers powered by pneumatics. The dynamics, and ever-evolving environement created by this powerful mix of digital, and mechanical technology is transformational within the world of home interior design

  • INFLATO merges micro actuators, and hinges with sophisticated pneumetics, affectuated by scheduling, proximity, and footfall sensors, to transform the seating landscape of the living room.
  • The transformation process, and metamorphosis of objects may be triggered by a seamless mix of scheduling, sensor control, and app-based activation
  • The dynamics invoked bythe INFLATO system lends itself to living room styling, and domestic party spaces, as well as balcony-, and closed garden environments.

HOSP 2 is an all-out vision of the future of the hositality industry. Taking a completely 360 degree approach to the core offering of the hotel space, HOSP 2 puts the idea of the urban hotel as the starting point for excursions into the city on its head, and the concept of resort-style massive fixed arena space to shame.

The fundamental concept involves bringing the city entertainment to the hotel room, instead of channeling the hotel guests to entertainment venues of the city. The hotel room itself becomes the center stage, and multi-venue, powered by a mix of digital, mechanical, and infra-structural initiatives.

The multifaceted platform is based on multi-purpose pods, able to travel on rails along the facade of a building. The pods are shuttled to the hotel from an eco-system of entertainment entrepreneurs, specializing in various types of performances.

  • The guest activates a specific experience on-demand using app control. The correct pod is shipped and attached to the window area of the hotel room, to effectively become an extension of the room itself. Guests will experience a live music performance, a carefully designed garden extension, or a screen-based exotic landscape view simulating far-off city views or breathtaking landscape views.
  • By reversing the social flow, bringing experiences into the hotel room in a secure, efficient, and seamlessy executed way, HOSP 2 brings a series of benefits to both the entertainment providers, the hotel, and its visitors. Guests will experielnce next-level customized larger-than-life performances, on-demand room personalization, and the convenience and safety of remaining inside the hotel room. The entertainment industry is given tools to create sophisticated output, and the hotel will establish itself as the CenterPoint attraction of the urban landscape.
